Integration and Union - exploring the 8-fold path of Patanjali

Asana and Pranayama classes taught in the Iyengar method / Level 2 & 3 RIMYI Syllabus. The Sutras of Patanjali and writings of B.K.S. Iyengar are reviewed in the the first 15 minutes of class. This class aims to bring consciousness and awareness of yoga into every aspect of life. It is best suited for regular students who also practise on their own and are interested in deepening their understanding of yoga. Students need to be self-aware and able to modify poses to keep themselves safe. Available with all passes except the Aspire Pass.
