Service Description

The General Iyengar yoga class is suitable for students at all levels, from beginner onwards. The focus is on learning and exploring the fundamentals of asana and pranayama. Clear, direct instructions are provided, along with variations to accommodate different experience levels, limitations or injuries. The core of the syllabus covers standing poses, forward extensions, backward extensions and twistings. Preparation for inversions such as shoulder stand, handstand, elbow balance and headstand is introduced. This class is the online component of a hybrid class. Available with Online class packs (1, 4 or 9 classes).
