Questions about Buying Classes

In general, you buy a single-class or multi-class pass and then book classes under the pass. 

We offer single-class or multi-class passes in three categories:

1. Regular online classes, taught by a senior teacher - 1 class, 4 classes, 9 classes

2. Aspire online classes, taught by an apprentice teacher - 1 class, 4 classes

3. In-studio classes, taught by a senior teacher - 1 class, 4 classes, 9 classes

• ONLINE CLASS PASSES (regular and Aspire)

  • For any given online class, a single login/screen is available, however, more than one person can participate in the class.

  • Any regular online class can be booked with an Online class pass.

  • Any Aspire online class can be booked with an Aspire class pass.

  • Once a pass expires, unused classes CANNOT be carried forward.

  • No automatic renewal.

• IN-STUDIO CLASS PASSES

  • Valid for one person for any in-studio class.

  • Any in-studio class at the appropriate level can be booked.

  • All COVID protocols must be followed, including current vaccination and masking.

  • Once a pass expires, unused classes CANNOT be carried forward.

  • No automatic renewal.

No. The pricing structure is different for online classes and in-studio classes. You must purchase separate class passes.

No. The pricing structure is different for regular online classes (taught by a senior teacher) and Aspire online classes (taught by an apprentice teacher). You must purchase separate class passes.

Yes. If you are taking classes in more than one category, you would need a class pass for each type. 

For example, you could have a 4-class online pass plus a 4-class in-studio pass. You would book online classes against the online pass and in-studio classes against the in-studio pass.

Or, you could a 4-class regular online pass plus a 4-class Aspire online pass. You would book regular online classes against the regular online class pass and Aspire online classes against the Aspire online class pass.

In all cases, the expiry date associated with each pass would apply.

We use PayPal, a secure online payment platform, for all payments. You can use a credit card directly without setting up an account, or you may set up a free PayPal account and link a credit card or bank account to it.

You can pay directly with a credit card using the Paypal payment platform even without using your account.

On an exception basis, we will accept an e-transfer on a pre-arranged basis.  Please contact the studio prior to booking a class to make the necessary arrangements.  Please note that because class passes purchased using an e-transfer must be set up manually, there may be a delay before they are available in your YT196 account.

Please contact the studio to arrange payment.  If you do not do so, you will receive an invoice in the amount of the price of the relevant 1-Class Pass + HST.   You will also be blocked from booking additional classes.

We are unable to provide refunds for passes you have already purchased even if you have not used them fully.
