In the interests of the safety and well-being of all our students and teachers, Yoga Toronto 196 continues with enhanced anti-Covid and general health & safety measures for its in-studio classes. These measures include:

-
Covid Vaccination (approved vaccination or booster) within the last six months is HIGHLY recommended.
-
Capacity restrictions, with a maximum of eleven (11) students per class.
-
Mandatory pre-booking, online at www.yogatoronto196.com.
-
A negative Covid test if in the prior 14 days you (or anyone in your household) have tested positive for Covid, exhibited Covid-like symptoms or been exposed to someone with Covid.
-
Masking during attendance at the studio is HIGHLY recommended.
-
Students are to bring a towel to cover any props which may come in contact with their face.
-
Students are encouraged to bring and use hand sanitiser.
-
Students are asked to routinely complete a Covid self-assessment before coming to class (see below).
-
Students are asked to opt for an online class if they or anyone in their households exhibit signs of Covid, flu, or other respiratory illness (e.g., cough, sniffles, sneezing, fever, etc.).
-
The studio space is cleaned and sanitised before and after each class.
We will monitor developments regarding the prevalence of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses in the local community and review these measures as appropriate.
