Asana and Pranayama classes taught in the Iyengar method / Level 1 RIMYI Syllabus. Preparation for inversions such as headstand and shoulder stand are covered. Students need to pace themselves and variations are provided for various needs. This class is best suited for regular students who are starting to practise on their own and are interested in deepening their understanding of yoga. Available with all passes except the Aspire Pass.
