Service Description

Via Zoom - Suitable for beginners and for regular students with a limited home practice. Asana and Pranayama classes taught in the Iyengar method / Level 1 RIMYI Syllabus. Preparation for inversions such as headstand and shoulder stand is covered. Students need to pace themselves and variations are provided for various needs. Available with all online passes except the Aspire Pass.
