Via Zoom - This class is taught by aspiring (apprentice) teachers, overseen by their mentoring teacher, Jocelyn Hollmann. Foundational Asanas from the Level 1 RIMYI syllabus are taught, without inversions. The class may be recorded for coaching and feedback purposes. Available with Online class packs and Aspire class packs.
