Service Description

Coming in September 2022! Via Zoom - This class is taught by aspiring (apprentice) teacher, Zuzana Simkova, overseen by her mentoring teacher, Jocelyn Hollmann. Foundational Asanas from the Level 1 RIMYI syllabus are taught, without inversions. The class may be recorded for coaching and feedback purposes. Available with Aspire-1 Class and Aspire-4 Classes packs, which represent special pricing.
