Join senior teacher Jocelyn Hollmann via Zoom - Asana and Pranayama classes taught in the Iyengar method / Level 1 RIMYI Syllabus. Clear, direct instructions are provided to support the students. Students need to pace themselves and variations are provided for various needs. Preparation for inversions such as shoulder stand and headstand are covered. This class is best suited for students who are seeking to establish a regular practice and are interested in deepening their understanding of yoga.
