Service Description

Via Zoom - Asana and Pranayama classes taught in the Iyengar method / Level 2 RIMYI Syllabus. Inversions such as headstand, shoulder stand, handstand and elbow balance are covered. This class is best suited for regular students who also practise on their own and are interested in deepening their understanding of yoga. Available with Online class packs (1, 4 or 9 classes). Not available with Aspire packs.
