Service Description

A series of Asanas are explored through various approaches in the Iyengar method. The intent is to improve reflection and develop sensitivity in the body, mind, and breath to receive the benefits of sarvangasana. Alternatives and modifications are explored. This workshop is suitable for all capabilities. A mat, 2 belts, 2 blocks, 5 blankets (or a bolster + 3 blankets), and a chair are helpful.
